Console |
Use the TeeCal Console to see the status of all your production jobs. Utilizing
the TeeCal Console will allow you to make sure each job is followed through.
The Console updates according to each invoice's production group's production status. |

Express Checkout |
The new Express Checkout feature acts much like a cash register. Express Checkout does not require customer info, syncs with QuickBooks, and also shows up in financial reporting. |

Artwork Approval |
Now available on the Invoice screen you can now build custom artwork approval sheets which are created per each production group. |

Email Plug-in |
You can now send emails directly from TeeCal after you configure your email settings in the TeeCal Control Panel. You will be able to send emails directly from the main menu. You will also be able create emails and attach quotes, invoices, artwork approval, and purchase orders directly from the related screens.

Address Book |
Use the TeeCal Address Book for adding customer/contact or vendor email address to an email message. |

Catalogs Editable |
The catalog manager now gives you full control over your catalogs. You are now able to create custom catalogs, delete catalogs, and even edit item descriptions, styles, and prices. (Previously you could not add custom catalogs and also could not edit a catalog item's description or style information) |

License Manager |
Use the license manager located on the TeeCal Admin page to deactivate your license if you need to remove TeeCal from this computer and use it on another computer. Also use TeeCal License Manager to upgrade Teecal from TeeCal Basic to TeeCal Professional |

New Customer Name Prefill |
When adding a new customer to TeeCal the customer's name is now prefilled to the Billing Name and Shipping Name fields. |

Storefront Inventory Price |
Added the price field to the Storefront Inventory list. (was previously hidden) |

Purchase Order Price |
Added price field to purchase orders and purchase list screens

Purchase List Price Override |
You now have the ability to override any item's price listed in the Purchase List |

Purchase Order Printing |
When printing a Purchase Order you now have the option to print the price field

You now have the ability to add manual input items directly to the purchase list.

Invoice Status Updates |
You now have the ability to backstep the invoice status as long as the invoice status
has not been set to or past "Products Shipped or Picked Up". If the invoice
status is set on or past "Products Shipped or Picked Up" you can use the Revert
To Work In Progress function to step back to the "Work In Progress" invoice status
therefore unlocking the invoice and allowing edits. |

Invoice/Transaction Void |
TeeCal now provides you with the ability to void invoice or express checkout transactions. |

Customer Balance |
Now available on the quote and invoice screens you can view the customer's current and late balance. |

Reporting |
Added the following reports to the Reports list: Voided Invoices, All Express Checkout Transactions, All Voided Express Checkout Transactions, Express Checkout Transactions by Date Range. |
